Every order ships from Hong Kong, fully insured. Hong Kong local orders ship free via SF Express. International orders ship via FedEx Express with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service — estimated import duties & fees are bundled into the checkout total so you don't pay anything at the door.

Packaging
PSA slabs are wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a card saver, and shipped in a rigid cardboard mailer with full insurance and signature confirmation.

All international orders ship Delivered Duty Paid. At checkout we show an Estimated Duties & Fees line bundled into your total — the carrier clears customs on our side, so nothing is collected at delivery. Estimates are based on current destination rules and may vary by destination. Any shortfall is the buyer's responsibility.
