What does PSA 10 mean?
PSA 10 "Gem Mint" is the highest grade given by Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA). It means the card has virtually no visible flaws — perfect centering, sharp corners, clean surface, and no edge wear.
How does the payment hold work?
When you place an order, your payment is authorized (held) but NOT charged. We then check our Japan sources for availability. If the card is available, we capture the payment and ship. If not, the hold is fully released — you are never charged.
How long does the hold last?
Payment holds are valid for 7 days. We typically confirm availability within 24-48 hours.
Where are the cards sourced from?
We source PSA 10 cards from Japanese marketplaces including Mercari JP, SNKRDUNK, and Yahoo Auctions Japan. Japanese domestic prices are typically 20-40% below US/international markets.
How do I verify a PSA card is authentic?
Every PSA slab has a unique certification number. You can verify it at psacard.com/cert — this confirms the card, grade, and details match.
What are the shipping options?
HK local: SF Express 1-2 working days — FREE. Taiwan: NT$300 flat, 5-7 working days. International: FedEx Express 2-3 working days at US$45-60 (tiered by item price). All shipments include insurance and box-in-box packaging.
How long until I receive my card?
After payment capture: 3-5 days for sourcing from Japan, then shipping time depends on your location. Total: typically 10-14 days.
How are prices determined?
Prices reflect real-time market data from recent sold listings. We sell at market price — the same price you would pay on the open market, but with no marketplace buyer premium.
