1. About This Service
Poke10 is a Hong Kong-based marketplace for PSA-authenticated Pokemon trading cards. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Payment Authorization
All orders are placed on manual-capture authorization via Stripe — your payment method is held (not charged) until we confirm availability. If we cannot fulfill the order, the hold is fully released and no charge is ever applied.
3. International Shipping & Duties
Pokemon card shipments outside Hong Kong are subject to local import duties, taxes, and carrier fees. We calculate an estimated amount at checkout labeled "Estimated Duties & Fees" based on the destination country. This estimate is bundled into the shipment cost via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) carrier service.
Any shortfall beyond our estimate is the buyer's responsibility. Refusal of delivery due to customs fees does not qualify for a refund. Return shipping and a 15% restocking fee apply to any refused-delivery orders.
4. Refund Policy
If we cannot fulfill your order or the card is damaged prior to dispatch, you receive a full refund. Refusal of delivery, buyer-side address errors, or refusal to pay destination duties do not qualify for a full refund.
5. Authenticity
Every card carries a PSA cert number verifiable at psacard.com. Poke10 is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Game Freak, or PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator).
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The last-updated date at the top of this page reflects the current revision.
